RETURN POLICY
Products may only be returned if they are defective upon delivery and if we are notified within two days of delivery signature or conformation. They will be replaced with same style upon receipt and inspection. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). The (RA) must be clearly marked on the exterior of the package or it may be refused by our receiving dept.
Call 949-548-9379 or email us at sales@dsoeyewear.com if you need an RA number. RA shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer and all RA’s must be returned properly packaged to insure their new condition in original packaging, undamaged. We suggest you return via UPS or FedEx insured so you are covered as well as track the package.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges: We do offer exchanges of product that are in new condition, if we are notified within 2 business days of signed delivery or conformation of delivery date, you may be eligible for an exchange. To obtain another style in stock, you the consumer are responsible for the return shipping charges on the exchange product and a processing fee of $12.50 It is our goal to assist you in finding a DSO Sunglass that fits to your liking.
