If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item we will replace or refund the sale (except shipping and processing charges of $12.50). You are responsible for the return shipping charges and original shipping charge of $9.00. (We do not refund upgraded shipping charges) There are No Refunds or Exchanges of any DSO Eyewear product that has been built to order. This means it is not a standard color frame and lens combination on the DSO Eyewear website. We must be notified within 2 business days from signed delivery or conformation of delivery date. Also, any returns must be in its original new condition and in its original packaging (This means sunglass box and pouch). A refund will be applied to your original credit card for the price of the item(s) less the processing fee charges of $12.50 (per each sunglass). If the return meets these (above) conditions, you will receive a refund (as described above). Any return must arrive in re-saleable condition (New Condition), including original packaging (Box and Sunglass Bag); include the packing slip/invoice with your return and package securely to ensure no damage occurs during shipping. We suggest you return via UPS or FedEx insured so you can track the package. Before returning your item(s), please call DSO Direct Sales at the following number to obtain a Return Authorization Number: 949-548-9379 you will need to supply your direct website sales invoice number. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). The (RA) must be clearly marked on the exterior of the package or it may be refused by our receiving dept.
DSO one (1) year limited warranty only covers breakage caused by a manufacturer defect. The policy does not cover lost or stolen sunglasses. If you think you have a defective frame, please send in sunglasses with your name, address and telephone number and an explanation of what happen.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT REPLACE SCRATCHED LENSES. If you break your sunglasses, it is not covered under warranty. Please also remember we have been making high quality sunglasses for over 10 years and have heard every reason how sunglasses break. So when we hear the excuse that “they just broke when I was putting them on my head” is not covered under warranty. They were most likely broken in a carry bag or pocket before hand. Always store your sunglasses in the soft storage bag to help prevent scratches to lenses. If you are returning glasses under warranty, please include your original receipt. Send your sunglasses via registered mail or UPS insured (in a protective box) to the address below. A Processing Fee of $12.50 (made payable to DSO Eyewear) is applicable with all warranted product. DSO & Divine Warranty is only valid when purchased from an Authorized DSO & Divine dealer. Any alterations to product will void warranty.
Please Note: If you have prescription lenses remove from sunglass frame prior to shipping, we are not responsible for prescription lenses that are returned.

Products may only be returned if they are defective upon delivery and if we are notified within two days of delivery signature or confirmation. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA).
